The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind, accompanied by a relaxing massage that melted away all my stresses. The balcony and terrace facilities provided stunning views, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.The helpful staff, especially when I encountered issues with renting a car, ensured I felt supported throughout my stay. The garden area with its sun terrace was beautifully maintained, offering a serene space to relax with my family. The proximity to the town allowed for leisurely strolls to explore the local bars and restaurants.The safety facilities, including 24-hour security service, added to my peace of mind. Villas El Encanto exuded a charm that lived up to its name. Should I return to Cozumel, this tranquil oasis will undoubtedly be my top choice for accommodation.
